What does it involve?
We will perform a sequence of gentle moves, using thumbs and fingers on precise points of the body to stimulate energy, interspersed with periods of rest to allow your body to adjust and self-heal.
Unlike physiotherapy and treatments used by chiropractors, there is no manipulation or force. Most moves can be performed through light clothing, although some are most effective on skin.
How long does it take to get results?
A treatment usually takes about one hour. Four to six sessions should see lasting results. Treatment at regular intervals will encourage long-term health and wellbeing.
